The Czech Rectors Conference Presidium is very disconcerted with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports power intervention to the professional and legally obligatory standpoint of the Accreditation Commission concerning the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. Minister Dobeš made an unprecedented step which absolutely does not indicate the declared effort to increase a higher education quality and raises fundamental doubts about the Minister’s respect to the current Higher Education Institutions Act.
